         I am of legal age (18 years old and above) who fully understood all the transactions related herein and the risk associated thereof:

*That my participation herein is voluntary. I fully understood that joining Dominant Capital is of my free will and no coercion is applied for me to join.
*That the capital amount I shared herein is guaranteed my personal money. It does not come from any illegal activities, other individual’s money, or other organization’s fund that is diverted to me without permission.
*That the system might change its profit and schedule of withdrawal based on future demand/s.
*That the associate/s agreed that upon activation of the account no refunds will be made.
*That the associate/s cannot intervene in management’s overall operation.
*That If I am caught manufacturing, tampering, fabricating, cross-endorsing, or editing bank/remittances slip, Dominant Capital may impose sanctions or deactivate my account permanently with or without my consent.
